Workshops & Classes
How can I make my hospital room more like a magical labor land, and less like a hospital room? Can you help me create a concise birth plan that my care provider or labor and delivery nurse will read and enjoy? Why is my baby making this face at me? And why won’t she stop crying? What are some alternative positions for pushing? How can I best support my partner during labor, when I’m a little bit scared myself? And what the heck is a double hip squeeze? We know you’ve got questions, and we’d love to give you answers. We offer a variety of childbirth and baby care workshops, classes and events for you, your partner and family. Our online childbirth education classes are live, not pre-recorded, which means you have the ability to answer questions and get answers in real time! These virtual childbirth education classes fill quickly, so register soon to save your virtual space.
