Workshops & Classes

How can I make my hospital room more like a magical labor land, and less like a hospital room? Can you help me create a concise birth plan that my care provider or labor and delivery nurse will read and enjoy? Why is my baby making this face at me? And why won’t she stop crying? What are some alternative positions for pushing? How can I best support my partner during labor, when I’m a little bit scared myself? And what the heck is a double hip squeeze? We know you’ve got questions, and we’d love to give you answers. We offer a variety of workshops, classes and events for you, your partner and family. Classes are held monthly, and we keep class sizes small to give you more attention! They fill fast, so contact us today to register!

Learn how to set a peaceful environment, ways to use a birth or exercise ball, and much more. Partners, learn how to be super supportive in labor! We get rave reviews from this class, don’t miss out!
