Pregnant In The Piedmont is just around the corner!  Pregnant In The Piedmont is Winston-Salem’s own pregnancy, baby and parenting expo.  Piedmont Doulas is thrilled to bring this exciting family friendly event to our area every spring.  The event is held at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center, in their beautiful Conference Center.  There are over 50 vendors focused on pregnancy, babies, young children and parenting.  We will have workshops throughout the day (we call them “Tiny Talks”) mini classes for grownups and kids, prizes, giveaways, and activities for children.  (Face painting, balloon twisting, and a visit from princesses Moana and Belle!) In addition, the first 100 families through the door will receive a free swag bag with goodies!  Admission is FREE!  That includes children’s activities and the workshops!  However, be sure to bring your wallet though for shopping with some of the vendors.  We will also have belly painting for those beautiful pregnant bellies, and prices will vary for the art.

Sponsors and vendors range from obstetricians, pediatricians, midwives, doulas, pediatric dentists, massage therapists, infant swim instructors, yoga instructors, childcare agencies, lactation consultants, placenta encapsulation specialists, birth centers, local non profits, newborn photographers, birth photographers, family therapists, counselors that focus on postpartum issues, breastfeeding experts, pediatric occupational therapists and so much more!

You don’t have to be pregnant to attend!  This event focuses on way more than pregnancy.

A huge thank you to our presenting sponsors, Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center, Triad Moms On Main, and the Winston-Salem Journal.
